The True Christian World View

You may have wanted to learn to read and write, get a high school diploma, or earn a doctorate from a prestigious university, but compared to acquiring the unchangeable world view of the maker of Heaven and Earth, these things are as nothing! Our world view will take us all somewhere, and we all have a world view, but will it take us where our heart and God’s want us to go?

The far right wants to go backward to the days of Ozzie and Harriet for their world view. That was never the real world, and going backwards will only get you where you came from, and never where you want to go! That beloved teen age idol and precious son of the Nelsons that many of us adored was, unbeknownst to him, being led down a path that would end in a crash and a burn. Don’t we just want to weep when we recall that? Many of us still love the Nelson family, but we never want to embrace an unscriptural and therefore, false world view, even when we associate it with some adorable scenario. The solution God provides through His world view and the shaking and other forces bringing it into manifestation, are far more intense than political reformation!

The left wants to accelerate forward, but not in the direction God has ordained for the benefit of His people, His plants, His animals, His Heavenly Kingdom or the Earth itself. They may talk a better talk, than the far right, but the Apostle Paul said I will recognize your deeds, not your words alone. For this very reason, many Americans say we actually have in reality, just a one party system. Everyone from a woman named Nancy to a talk show host name Rush seem to want to lead us to places that would not serve God’s purpose. The scripture tells us that unenlightened selection and election will one day result in the devil himself having his fifteen minutes of fame as ruler of this earth.

In contrast, Jesus said, “I always do only those things which please the Heavenly Father.” Any commitment less than this has the potential to also crash and burn. No one is exempt from the desire to impose their view on others, even if it is the village drunk! This is because, as God’s word says, “Every man’s ways are right in his own eyes.” Luke 19:17-19, 2Timothy 2:12 and Revelation 3:21, 5:10, 20:6, and 22:5 all point to the fact that we are called to rule and reign on the earth with Christ, but we are not even close to being qualified as co-rulers unless we are representatives of the “Heavenly Vision.” We must know and live the purpose and vision of the Creator revealed in His Word.

Some of us know the Tears for Fear’s song: “Everybody want’s to rule the world.” Many so-called Christians I am meeting these days say, “I hunt and kill animals, because we have God-given dominion!” In reality, they are addicted to their “sport,” but I can look right into their eyes and say, “God never gave such beings dominion!” God gave dominion only to God-like creatures, filled with His loving nurture-nature who were care-takers and protectors of all.” We were given dominion before the fall, lost it through the fall of humanity, and can only regain the sort of dominion God bestowed upon us as we are restored from the fall! We can only exercise true Godly dominion to the degree we are restored in manifestation and transformation. This concept is also expressed in the statement: “We are restored to God to become restorers.” And never, “We are restored to God to be those who hurt and harm!”

President Hoover said, “The business of America is business!” Before there ever was human business on the earth, the Father’s business was planting the bio-diverse and enormous forest garden paradise of Eden and placing humankind in it to propagate it and to protect it! And as so many theologians have stated: His original intention was and remains to spread this inspiring environment and the flourishing ecosystem all over the planet through the sons and daughters of Adam.

Babylon is noted in Revelation chapter 18 as being the business leader of the world. It promoted consumerism like no other and made financial wealth the pinnacle attainment of significance and success. When we read of her sudden and unexpected fall, God says, “Rejoice over her, Heaven and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her.” Revelation 18:20.

God’s business isn’t business at all, but the “restoration of all things spoken of by all the Holy Prophets ever since the world began! Acts 3:21. If business was God’s primary concern, the Creator would never have initiated the cutting of the great stone which totally eliminated the human idol that will soon be impossible to be found. It will remain only as forgotten dust in the wind. After you look at current and future events through “these 3-D glasses” supplied by Daniel chapters 2 and 7, all other world views will be seen for what they are: myths and fables!

Since everybody wants to rule the world, you better have a true and Biblical world view, because nobody can rule the world without God’s blessing for more than a little season. They may be exalted by pride, but they will be brought down to the pit, because God has a hope and intention for this earth and creation which abides forever. It is a wonderful future for all, except for those who continue in their wickedness, ignoring the light that has come!

God says that, “Without holiness, no one shall see the Lord,” and His word declares, “Everyone who has this hope in Him, purifies himself, even as our Lord and Our God is pure.” I mention this now because we will revisit this term “saints” later. Saints refers to the “holy ones:” those who are on the sacred path in union and communion with the Heavenly Father, maturing holiness in the awesome reverence of God our Savior. We are all called to be saints. God gives His revelation and world view to His saints, not so-called Christians, but True Christians who are following Christ! He calls them, “called out ones.”

As we turn to the book of Daniel Chapters 2 and 7, we will see who will rule the earth and what will facilitate their rule. You must look at today’s events and where they are taking us through Daniel Chapter 2 and 7 colored glasses. Without those glasses you will not understand the divine direction: where God is leading. You, instead, will be duped by those who advise you to just keep investing in the stock market, saying everything will be fine. They encourage that it may take a couple of years before we get back to normal. This adventure isn’t going to take us back to normal. It is going to take us in to the promised future of God. Everything that doesn’t fit into the Kingdom of Heaven on earth is going to, as Leonard Cohen sings, “Slide in all directions.” Let’s read these terrible and simultaneously wonderful prophecies.

Read all of Daniel Chapter 2. It is about King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon and a dream he had which troubled him. Daniel received the understanding of the dream through God and told it to the King. Nebuchadnezzar had seen in the dream, a great image like a man. The image’s head was of gold; his breast and arms were silver; his belly and thighs of brass; his legs of iron; and his feet part of iron and part of clay. In Daniel 2:34-35 he tells the King what he saw in the dream: “You saw a great stone cut without hands, which smashed the image upon its feet that were of iron and clay. It broke them to pieces! After that the whole representation broke into bits and became as small as the husks of grain and the wind carried them away. No place was found for them at all. And the stone that brought it down and caused it to be broken into smithereens became a great mountain that filled the whole earth.”

In verse 37 of chapter 2, Daniel tells us the interpretation of the dream: “You O king are this great head of gold and God has given you a kingdom, power, and strength and glory”. In verse 38 I will give the explanation of what if means and it means that King Nebuchadnezzar was the first world ruler of the first world empire: Babylon. As we continue, we will see the other five world kingdoms.

In verse 39 we see that the “silver kingdom” of Medo/Persia will be inferior to Babylon. The third kingdom, Greece, represented by brass shall also rule the earth. Verse 40 tells us that the fourth kingdom, the Roman Empire, shall be strong as iron and shall break and dominate all the previous kingdoms.

In verse 41 the divided and fifth kingdom appears. We learn that the feet and toes, part of iron and part of potter’s clay, also cannot stick together. Right now we are living in the end of this divided world called the Revived Roman Empire. In verse 42 we see the toes are partly strong and partly fragile. Verse 43 informs us that the iron shall mix with the seed of men but they shall not cleave one to another because iron does not mingle with clay. This infers to me that the rebel spirits cast out of heaven want to join with men to continue warfare and have influence over the “tough guy’ portion of humanity while the more sensitive part wants nothing to do with the exploitation of violence.

Verse 44 says, “In the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms and it shall stand for ever.” We will close chapter 2 with verse 45: “Forasmuch as you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver and the gold; the great God has made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain and the interpretation of it is sure!”

Daniel chapter 7 and verse 18 says “The saints of the most Lofty and Supreme Being (El-Yone from the Hebrew) shall receive and possess the Kingdom forever, even forever and ever.”

Daniel 7:22 speaks to the same thing: “And when the Ancient of Days came, judgment was given to the saints of the Lofty and Supreme Being and the time came that the saints possessed the Kingdom.”

The final verse in Daniel 7, that deals with the subject of the saints records, “And the Kingdom and dominion and the greatness of the Kingdom under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the Heavenly and Supreme Being whose Kingdom is an Everlasting Kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him!” Daniel 7:27 Notice that this Kingdom is not all focused on our wants, but on serving the purposes of the Creator. There is a new world just up ahead already coming into view through the smog of stubborn darkness. Jesus is making disciples today. This is training to rule and reign on the earth. Every creature is waiting for you to grasp it.

Through Jesus Christ, you overcome all the obstacles that cross your path. Absolutely, you can, because by Grace you are saved through faith. As you learn of Him and learn to rely upon Him, you will discover how to be qualified to rule and reign and rule forever with Christ Jesus who has the highest name named, not only in this world, but in the world that is to come. If your world view isn’t putting you in training to reign with Him, the Prince of Peace and the God of Love, you’ve better forget about looking at where you’ve been and focus on this Daniel 7:27 because it’s about to get airborne!
