This is What Shall Be!

I am very concerned and concerned temporarily about where we are going. Ultimately where we are going, if we follow God, is to the Kingdom of Heaven right here on earth.

Before the Kingdom we are going to a place for which there is no example because for even when the Native Americans controlled this country, they left some record of their nations, their dwellings and their artifacts but where we are going every trace of our being here will be like the chaff which the wind drives away and there will be no trace of our having inhabited this land. This chaff will not only be from our nation, but from Greece and Rome and Medo-Persia and from Babylon. In other words the best these societies could expect was to be erased as if they never had existed. Daniel told and interpreted a dream for King Nebuchadnezzar. If you are familiar with this statue and do not know what it represents and the stone cut without hands that becomes a great mountain and fills the entire earth, then you don’t know anything important!

The dream consisted of a statue with a “head of gold, the chest and arms were silver, his belly and thighs were brass, his legs were iron and his feet part iron and clay.” (Daniel 2:32-33) These various metals represent the major kingdoms of this world. The future is nothing short of this: “Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver and the gold, broken to pieces together and became like the chaff of the summer threshing-floors; and the wind carried them away that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.” (Daniel 2:35) “The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall and not rise again.” (Isaiah 24:19-20) The word fall means to become insignificant and perish. This does not mean the earth itself for it abides forever as does seed time and harvest. (Genesis 8:22 & Ecclesiastes 1:4) This refers to the surface of the earth, not the earth in its entirety. This is where we are going!

No doubt during this period, the anti-Christ will be made manifest. You have the unfortunate pleasure of seeing both the anti-Christ reign and the stone becoming a mountain that fills the whole earth. There can be no other time to experience the anti-Christ and he shall reign for three and one-half years also called times, a time and a half time and 1260 days. (See Revelation 3:6)

No man can buy or sell during this second half of the beasts, false prophet and anti-Christ reign. During this period unless a man received the mark of the beast (666) he cannot buy or sell anything. This means unless you can farm you won’t have any food. It is also a good reason to become a vegetarian. Another is for your health. You also have been given power over the anti-Christ or the beast for, “You are of God, little children and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.” (1John 4:4) This does not mean you will be excused from what Hebrews 11:37 says, “They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (of whom the world was not worthy): they wandered in deserts and in mountains and in ends and caves of the earth.”

Revelation 3:10 says: “Because you have kept the word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world to try them that dwell upon the earth.” Philadelphia means a mutual aid society or a city of brotherly love which is one in the same. Each of the messages to the seven churches exposes what is amiss and provides the solution. Philadelphia is the only church which merely requires holding on to what the church has which is Jesus name and belief in His word. If they merely hold on to those things, they will escape the hour of temptation described in verse 10 and they will be over comers. Temptation here refers to a kind of testing to see if you’re the real thing or the false. The Bible calls this the wheat and the tears.

All six of the other churches experience the tribulation. You will see that even the Laodicean Church which was known for being rich and wealthy and in need of nothing and of being lukewarm spiritually was loved by Our Lord Jesus Christ. (Read Revelation 3:19) Although they made Him sick, He still loved them. The word tribulation means pressure, affliction, anguish, persecution and terrible trouble. Much of the pressure will be depression, desperation and mental anguish. Some will be physical. Jesus said, “For then shall be great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” That is the kind of time we are talking about.

Everyone shall experience the tribulation except those born again believers who love one another. This is so important that Paul says the only people he was interested in praying for were people who had faith in the Lord Jesus and loved all the saints. “We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which you have to all the saints.” (Colossians 1:3-4) If we only love the people in a certain denomination, we better repent.

About this other part that I’m about to address you can struggle with it all you like and that is called “having all things in common.” Acts 2:44 says, “And all that believed were together, and had all things common.” Admittedly this was one of those times where the end of all things was at hand. (1Peter 4:7) Billye Brim just said, “The end of all things is at hand.” I believe that the best way to go through these difficult times is sharing everything like housing, transportation, food, testimonies, etc., everything except our sex lives. The Bible tells us to be as wise as serpents and harmless as doves. (Matthew 10:16) In most cases there will not be difficulty determining if you love your brother if he regularly uses your car for his business or God’s.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (the day of Christ) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” (1Thessalonians 2:3-4)

Jeremiah says in 6:16, “Thus say the Lord, Stand in the ways and see and ask for the old paths where is the good way and walk therein and you shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk there.” I told God I would walk in that path. “How far back do I have to go, all the way to Solomon’s time? All the way to Abraham’s; before that?” He told me, “All the way back to the garden.” Eden has been a theme God placed in my heart for the last decade, so I was very happy but I wondered, could God be taking us all the way back to Eden, then I remembered Ecclesiastes 1:9 which says, “The thing that has been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done; and there is no new thing under the sun.” Acts 3:21 says, “Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.” The word restitution here means restoration. Indeed God will take us back to Eden if we will only follow, otherwise we will not inherit the earth and you know there will be a transfer of wealth and the wealth we inherit will be the earth herself (Matthew 5:5). We will become merely its dust.

What if I went for a walk and God spoke to me out of a cloud with a loud audible voice. “Would you stop and listen to me?” We have a better source of obtaining the truth. It is called the Word of God. Once I lived mostly by the tree of knowledge of good and evil, if it was bad I wouldn’t do it and if it was good I would try to do it. Then I met some people who only ate from the tree of life. The Book of Psalms 119:130 says, “The entrance of thy words gives light; it gives understanding unto the simple.” In John 1:4 it speaks of Jesus Christ, “In him was life and the life was the light of men.” God’s word is a tree of life to us. One day it will fill the earth like the waters fill the sea. You have decided that John 3:16 is so important that you actually believe it. But will you believe Daniel 2:35 which says, “Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing-floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.” Ephesians 1:10 says, “That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth; even in him.”

It is considered “new age” to believe that we came from some cosmic soup and I am not suggesting such a thing but I threw this in to show you that our Bible, the Word of God, not only contains John 3:16 and thank God for that but it contains Ephesians 1:10. God is going to put humans with gorillas and monkeys and marmosets and he is going to put into the blend chickadees and wood storks and goslings and gobblers, gerbils and giraffes and otters from the sea and this is what shall be. If you’re not ready for this, you’d better get ready. This is not some kind of Buddhist (nothing against Buddhist) or New Age theology; this is Bible. God will gather all these together in Christ and a whole lot more and I’m going to be enjoying it that’s for sure. They, and their Creator, have waited far too long!
